Planning, forecasting, control and monitoring of costs and investments of the S/4HANA transformation program according to the ZEISS control standards

Construction and maintenance of a program cost controller (strategy, MTP, planning, forecast, SLA etc.) based on the ZEISS group processes

Implementation of deviation analyses and identification of risks and opportunities and support in investment decisions

Exercise the Finance Business Partner role for the Head of Business Transformation and Initiative Management for Group-wide Transformation Initiatives through Active Communication, as a link to Financial Function

Support for business decisions in the transformation initiatives by means of meaningful reporting and targeted analyses and by challenging financial developments.

independent optimization of methods and processes in project controlling

Support for projects and operational controlling

a completed university degree in business management/economy engineering or comparable training

3-5 years of professional experience in controlling and project controlling

very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and good knowledge of SAP FI/CO (ideally S/4 HANA)

strong team and communication skills as well as a professional appearance

very good German and good English skills

pronounced analytical skills combined with a targeted and proactive method
