Head of driving schools Together with your team of around 40 colleagues, you are confident that our future bus and city rail drivers will be well prepared for their task - both theoretically and practically driving. Your team forms our new colleagues for their use on the track - that is, in plain language: you are the drive that will shape the traffic of tomorrow. It makes you the heartbeat of your city! You are also responsible for the training of our drivers, as well as for the training of the driver(s) in EBO. You are constantly developing the sub-area based on the strategic challenges of the company and the requirements of the riders. Your goal: to adapt training not only to the requirements of today, but to the challenges of tomorrow.

Leading & Responsibility: You run the teams of the bus and city railway school on a professional and disciplinary level. This includes, among other things, the responsibility for compliance with all measures in the context of occupational safety and health protection, as well as work with the results of the employee survey and the implementation of appropriate measures. In addition, you are responsible for the budget planning and cost control of your part.

Driving training: In addition to our bus and city trains, your area of responsibility also includes the driver's license training in the bus area as well as the training of the driver(s) according to EBO in the city railway area.

Organize & plan: You secure an efficient organization of the two driving schools and control your area of responsibility with relevant key figures. In addition, you work closely with the area of personnel recovery to respond to needs at an early stage and adjust the orientation of your subarea accordingly.

further development & optimization: As the direction of the KVB driving schools, you are responsible for the achievement of the target and the continuous strategic further development of the subarea. The focus is primarily on the digitization of driving training as well as the development and implementation of concepts for optimisation.

Qualification: You have completed relevant vocational training (e.g. as a specialist in driving).

Experience and know-how: You have been able to gain several years of relevant professional experience (e.g. in the direction of a driving school, the driving service organisation or the placement of educational content to adults). In your past activity, you have already successfully demonstrated your professional and disciplinary leadership skills.

IT knowledge: You bring good user knowledge to MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote).

Continuing education: You have already successfully completed further education in the field of adult education.

Personality & working methods: You are characterized by very good analytical, conceptual and organizational skills.
