You ensure the technical bathing operation according to the legal and technical requirements, protect dangers and take over emergency management in hazardous situations You carry out general repair work in the building which occurs during operation You are responsible for the operation, control and maintenance of water treatment plants, heating systems (Kessel, BHKW, district heat transfer stations, heat pumps), ventilation systems, refrigeration systems and domestic engineering You are responsible for external structures operating in the building and take over all other tasks necessary to maintain the operation You take care, weekend work

You have a completed training as a specialist for bathing facilities/plant mechanics (m/w/d) or a training for heating, air conditioning and sanitary technology and an interest in continuing training for bathing technicians*in You have knowledge of control and control technology, sanitary, heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology as well as in water treatment Basic knowledge of electrical and block heating power plants are advantageous You are safe in handling MS-Office and have team skills, communication strength and a solution-oriented operation You work independently, initiativeally and with a high level of commitment.
