You take over the central acceptance, evaluation and prioritization of event requests at the DACHSER Network Campus. You conduct events of different sizes and control them from conception to successful implementation. You advise internal clients on event formats, implementation options, and applicable standards and processes. You coordinate the cooperation of all participating departments and control external service providers and event partners. You create project, time and schedules and ensure their timely implementation. You support participants' management, guest communication and event logistics and ensure a smooth course of events. You ensure a professional and uniform DACHSER appearance at internal and external events. You contribute to the strategic development of the event management at the DACHSER Network Campus as well as to the optimization of processes, standards and power modules.

You have a successfully completed study with a focus on event management, marketing, communication or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in planning, controlling and performing events is a prerequisite. You bring well-founded knowledge in project management and a good understanding of strategic relationships. You are safely revolving with Microsoft 365, working independently, structured and reliable and have a pronounced service and customer orientation. You convince by communication strength and a sovereign appearance at different hierarchical levels in German and English. You like to work across areas, think solution-oriented and keep an overview in complex projects.
