The area ''Customer Services Optronics'' is responsible for the production of the supplyability of the corresponding HENSOLDT products and the subsequent supply and customer support.

In the ILS phase, the logistical foundations for a successful service business are laid. During the use phase, the team delivers various services based on contractual agreements to keep the optoelectronic products and systems in operation with the highest possible availability.

Head of an interdisciplinary team at Wetzlar Representation of the interests and tasks of the Customer Services Optronics at the location Interface to the various departments Management of service projects and control of service provision (national and international) Planning, control and implementation of measures to maintain the availability of visual systems developed and produced at the site Creating extensive service and spare parts offers Acquisition, preparation, negotiation and support of full-service and subcontractor contracts in close cooperation with customers, external partners, suppliers and internal and external subcontractors Developing and implementing comprehensive service concepts as well as creating external offers for the provision of services The readiness for international missions is assumed.

Complete technical studies, complemented by economic knowledge or comparable Multiannual experience in technical project management Experience in the leadership of interdisciplinary teams Experience in obsolescence management, change management and configuration management as well as knowledge in life cycle management Very good knowledge of logistical requirements of military products as well as the necessary services and good knowledge of export and ITAR regulations Secure handling of MS Office, Sharepoint applications and SAP Impressed organizational ability and ability to manage multiple topics and projects in parallel Teamability, Enforcement and Communication Strength German and very good English skills, further language skills advantageous
