You are the first contact person for the individual care of our customers, with a high solution orientation, you process your concerns and advise them by phone to our insurance services – this can be inbound, in email contact or even outbound You care for a good customer relationship, ensure the quality that our customers expect from us and ensure a high customer satisfaction A corresponding documentation and data update is ensured in our IT systems, processes the wishes of our customers in a case-by-case manner or prepares the necessary further processing of other departments qualified In addition, you support process optimization and actively contribute to your own ideas

After a commercial training in dialogue marketing or in the insurance sector, you already have experience in telephone customer support or customer service You can quickly and thoroughly adjust to different conversation partners and their concerns, and you will be able to build a confident conversation atmosphere with the left. You have the necessary portion of empathy for situations and customer needs and keep a cool head with serenity and humour even in hectic situations You are online affinity, work structured and really feel like bringing our service to the next level In addition, you are a team player through and through and have real fun to insure the lovers of our customers
