For a plastic company with exciting products, we are looking for someone who comes with us – directly in production and organization. The tasks include the deployment planning, machine occupancy and the incorporation of new employees. To do this, you act as a link to the shift leader and the production team.

Completed technical training desirable but not absolutely necessary Multiannual professional experience in production, preferably in the plastics industry Willingness to work in two ideally three layers (early/later/night) You are communicative, you can sit through and still have an open ear Empathy is not a foreign word for you Even if it gets stressful, you keep a cool head You are organized and always have an overview safe knowledge of German in word and writing
