HR Business Partner / HR Generalist / Personalreferent (m/f/d)

You take over a central building role in the employee area and actively shape the HR business partner structure for the Modular Building division. Together with a colleague, you will fully support this area and develop a professional, high-consultation HR assignment. As a HR Business Partner, you do not act administratively, but advising and controlling. You advise executives at eye level, bring entrepreneurial understanding and develop sustainable solutions for demanding human issues. Take responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle of your care area and work closely with personnel development as well as personnel administration and translate business needs into structured HR measures.

Strategic HR Management and Organisational Development

You advise managers proactively in all HR-relevant topics, from personnel planning to organisational development You accompany change processes in the division of Modular Building and provide structuring impulses You actively shape strategic personnel planning, capacity control and succession planning You examine labour law issues, implement labour law measures and work confidently with the works council You identify development needs and make them structured into personnel development You continuously develop HR processes and HR initiatives

Recruiting, support and employee lifecycle

You are responsible for recruiting specialists and executives independently from demand analysis to adjustment You conduct structured selection talks and accompany recruitment decisions professionally You design work contracts, contract changes and individual wage developments You accompany managers in trial, feedback and development talks You conduct entrance, exit and BEM talks You ensure professional onboarding and accompany employees in their integration phase You represent the company as HR contact at trade fairs and recruiting events

Completed studies in the field of human resources management, business management, economic psychology or comparable qualifications in the field of human resources Multiannual professional experience as HR Business Partner, HR Manager, HR Generalist or generalist personnel consultant ideally in industrial or construction Knowledge of labour law and social and personal issues Experience in cooperation with the works council detectable recruiting experience in the employee area Experience in organisational development and strategic HR management Entrepreneurial thinking, consulting skills and sovereign communication Structured, independent mode of operation with high implementation strength
