Plan and organize independently the implementation of the RINWA project (Regional Integration Network Welcome and Recognition Culture) Acquiring, advising and supporting crafts companies in the production of international work and skilled workers – from questions on the immigration of skilled workers and recognition of foreign qualifications to integration in the company Design, organize and conduct information events, training and workshops on topics such as diversity, anti-discrimination and welcome culture Build expert knowledge and make it active on the network Present and communicate project offers as part of networking and public relations Document advice, events and project results

You must have completed university studies in social, economic, administrative, educational, or pedagogy You have knowledge of professional immigration, right of residence, recognition of foreign qualifications, diversity management or labour market integration You ideally have experience in consulting companies and/or international work and professionals You have experience in the design and implementation of training, workshops or information events You work structured, conceptual and result-oriented You communicate safely with different target groups and like to work on the network You are characterized by high service awareness and intercultural sensitivity
