At our site in Jena we are looking for a (Senior) Manager for Strategic Projects (m/w/x) in our Business Unit Semiconductor Mask Solutions (SMS).

Your role They lead the project management for projects with significant strategic relevance in all areas of ZEISS Semiconductor Mask Solutions.

guide the project teams, form the interface to external consultants and take responsibility for the project results.

with your experience, you will cover the entire project lifecycle from project definition, structuring of projects and developing results to support the implementation of the resulting measures in the areas of expertise.

They work with the development of methods know-how for projects with high strategic relevance, establish consulting methods and adapt them to the respective problem.

They support and train the operating units of the ZEISS Semiconductor Mask Solutions in the processing of methodological, content and/or organizational complex issues.

You have successfully completed your studies in natural science, mathematics, computer science or BWL, as an alternative to engineering/economy engineer. an MBA or a doctoral thesis are desired.

You have 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of strategy/business development or in a consultancy with project priorities in the areas of strategy and operations either in high tech or assembly industry.

You have brought practical experience in strategy implementation and optimization of operational processes, including benchmarking, from your professional experience.
