In your role, you work in close coordination and cooperation with the MRP team and the customer service. You analyze and process customer requests and forward information and instructions to our employees and drivers. You work with various computer systems to consolidate and forward invoices and credits. You will ideally create invoices to our customers and know you with the foundations of SAP. In the customer service, you are working internally and externally as the main contact partner after you have been incorporated and do the most demanding research work.

You've learned a business job and are happy to work with our colleagues in the team. First practical experience in the commercial sector, ideally in logistics, is of advantage. In addition, you score with an excellent analytical approach and the ability to solve complex tasks quickly and independently. With your structured and solution-oriented working style as well as your very good knowledge of German, you enthuse us. Your profile is rounded off by your communication strength and commitment to easily approach people.
