At the next time we are looking for you as project manager: in large projects (w/m/d) for DB Bahnbau Group GmbH at the Berlin site. Your future position is part of a team that is currently under construction and is responsible for multidisciplinary and/or large-scale projects in the future. Your tasks: Observe the business responsibility for construction projects with high complexity and the associated entrepreneurial obligations taking into account the applicable statutory and internal regulations Responsibility for compliance with all work security-relevant processes within the transferred projects Responsibility for the quality, budget and timely implementation of the transferred projects in all phases of construction, including pre- and post-processing Coordination and control of the project team consisting of :in various gears As a direct contact:for all persons, authorities and companies involved in the project, you will ensure smooth cooperation and work with your project team to ensure efficient capacity/resource planning and control Detection of risks in the project, initiation and introduction of counter-control measures and monitoring of effectiveness are your range of tasks In addition, you participate in the development of the project reports and are responsible for project monitoring and reporting in order to ensure a perfect project documentation at any time.
