You coordinate the network customer portal as well as requirements for (re) systems. You participate in the design, design and development of external customer interfaces for connection-relevant processes. You are the central contact person and coordinator:in all the departments involved within the TENs. You organize tenders, initial performance descriptions and accompany quality assurances as well as acceptances – always with consistent orientation to customer perspective. You analyze obstacles and optimization potentials together with specialist areas, IT and external service providers. You create user concepts and training documents and carry out professional training. You enter the network customer portal and other databases in operation and take over their professional administration.

You have a degree in economic engineering, economics, energy, or a comparable qualification. You ideally have professional experience in the energy industry, customer management, project management or in a comparable field of activity. You are convinced by the correct, polite and secure handling of customers as well as internal and external contacts. You have good knowledge of MS Office applications and work independently and structured. With your communicative competence, your objective and friendly appearance, you are a real team player. You also have a class B licence.
