(Senior) Manager Data Management (m/f/d)

You want to strategically drive Financial Services with your expertise? Then you contribute to: Data Management: You actively shape the Chief Data Officer's agenda in financial companies and accompany our customers in the transformation of their data management. This includes topics ranging from data strategy and data governance to metadata management to data quality management and DQ reporting. Implementation strategies: You accompany financial institutions on their way to the data-driven company and develop strategic target images and implementation roadmaps for cross-disciplinary transformations of data management. Bank Control: In exciting implementation topics, you advise different areas of banking control (finance, risk management, reporting, etc.) along the front to end data processing chain. Improving efficiency and compliance: You advise on the further development of reporting and data aggregation processes as well as data infrastructures and optimise existing processes. At the same time, you will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (especially BCBS 239). Technology consulting: You accompany challenging questions in the tool selection (metadata management and reporting) as well as their integration in change and run. Project and possibly team management: You are responsible for projects, tax project teams, take over the moderation of workshops and represent the work results of your team towards the client. Innovationskraft: With us, you are actively developing our data management consultancy and designing customer-oriented solutions targeted at market trends.

Completion of economic, human or natural sciences with a focus on banks, insurance companies. Multiannual professional experience in data management, specialist and data architectures, ideally in the financial services environment and in the regulatory environment (including BCBS 239). Funded knowledge in data management, including the application of common tools. Project management experience and first leadership experience through (part) project management. Interest in new topics and technologies, good presentation and communication skills, high level of autonomy, innovative strength and team spirit. Very good language skills in German (C1 level) and English.
