For our customers in the telecommunications industry in Wattenscheid we are looking for you as a customer advisor (m/w/d). You will become a contact person for technical questions, internet connections and tariff solutions and can bring your strengths into service, technology and sales. Consulting and support of customers Technical support, e.g. Internet or Fritzbox Selling and consulting for matching tariffs and services Customer communication by phone, mail and chat Documentation of customer requests in the system

Completed training or motivation and willingness to learn as a cross-comer Good PC knowledge, first experience as customer advisor (m/w/d) or in sales Technical interest in internet and networks Clear expression, pleasant voice and pleasure on telephone Team spirit, reliability and service orientation
