You advise our customers from various industries in the (r)evolutionary transformation of their organization – whether processes, methods, people or IT. You develop concepts with high business value to support companies in transformation projects. You capture, model and document business models, business goals and processes. You identify optimization potentials along the value chain and derive requirements for digital solutions. You accompany people and teams at all levels of organisation within the framework of medium and long-term change projects. You develop and transfer method skills, knowledge and practical tips in the form of trainings, workshops and coaching.

Where building organization, processes, IT, methods and people meet – you feel safe and convince by your experience and comprehensive industry and expertise. In addition to your strong understanding of one of our focus industries, you will bring several years of professional experience in transforming organizations. You bring well-founded expertise in relevant topics and issues related to strategy, innovation, digital transformation and business processes. You have a degree, ideally with a Master degree. You have experience in dealing with analysis methods, planning and decision-making techniques as well as in creating business cases. You convince with your structured and independent way of working - moderation capability, creativity and analytically conceptual thinking combined with customer orientation and social competence complete your profile. Completed appropriate training and qualifications from relevant areas of competence and frameworks, methods and tools complete your profile.
