Ensuring the stable operation of the SAP system landscape: monitoring of systems and connected interfaces (e.g. EDI, ALE, DMS, IDoc) and analysis and sustainable troubleshooting System monitoring and support: Proactive monitoring of system performance and availability as well as analysis, diagnosis and elimination of SAP operating errors Application Lifecycle Management: Planning and implementation of system updates, security patches, support packages, add-ons and upgrades in compliance with defined SAP standards Coordination and cooperation: Management of the SAP hosting provider as well as close cooperation with internal SAP base service providers, ERP consultants, IT Service Desk and other stakeholders Administration of the technical SAP infrastructure: support of ERP databases (SAP HANA, MaxDB), implementation of backup, restore and recovery processes, and support in user and license management Further development of the SAP system landscape: cooperation on projects and active cooperation of the system architecture, e.g. in the context of S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Fiori and OData

Successfully completed IT studies or comparable IT skills Multiannual professional experience in the SAP Basic Administration, in particular in the care and optimization of existing systems Experience in the handling of service providers and their control as part of the technical SAP operation German language skills and fluent English knowledge in word and writing
