As part of the Business Development Team at our headquarters, you work closely with our production facilities to raise our used car preparation to a new level. formulation and implementation of a roadmap for scaling the organization for the production department Head of cross-departmental initiatives with the production and personnel teams focusing on recruitment, onboarding, training and employee retention Create and maintain reports to measure changes in the KPIs in terms of recruitment, onboarding, training and employee retention; Examples at staff level: competence matrix, training periods, training progress Defining the onboarding process and its implementation in the production centers to enable double-digit growth and ensure quick integration into the teams Together with our trainers Development of training needs and training programs Cooperation with external partners to increase our success in training and recruitment

Proven professional experience in a similar position, in particular in business development, as a project manager or as a staff analyst Professional experience in a start-up, consulting, a dynamic, fast-growing company or the automotive industry is beneficial Hands-on mentality, self-responsibility, agility and pronounced solution orientation Excellent analytical thinking with attention to detail Entrepreneurial thinking, responsiveness and flexibility Liquid communication skills in English and German Class B valid driving licence
