Own-responsible management of a portfolio of commercial real estate and isolated apartments Central interface between owners, tenants, service providers and authorities Participation in the conclusion of lease and lease contracts Monitoring, adaptation and enforcement of contractual agreements Maintenance and updating of rental and object-related master data Conducting regular object visits, acceptances and handovers on site Ensuring a proper and representative object condition: determination of maintenance requirements, procurement, settlement of insurance damage etc. Regular reporting at object level

Completed training to the real estate businesswoman / to the real estate businessman or a study of the real estate business Multiannual professional experience in the management of commercial real estate Safe appearance and high communication strength Joy in teamwork, coupled with the ability to find the right solution independently Very good MS Office knowledge as well as safe handling of real estate software – ideally RELion
