Closed scientific higher education Public management, digital administration management or university studies with IT-related orientation or equivalent skills and experiences Strong decision and implementation, result and solution oriented, trustful, open and honest Responsible and independent working and self-initiative Multiannual experience in the work environment of support, order processing and services Knowledge of organization, processes (ITIL), project management, KM taxes and charges Embossed communication capability willingness to lead and develop a team across the site with personal presence
