You take over project development and planning and project management You conduct projects, control and monitor externally assigned construction measures of all real estate of our area Leisure and mobility They plan new and rebuilding measures as well as construction maintenance and modernization measures, encourage and control the implementation and take over the construction monitoring You take over the building function over all phases of the HOAI You take over the construction management of smaller projects They support the creation of tenders according to VOB You create contracts, monitor their implementation and check the billing

You have successfully completed your studies as a civil engineer, architect or comparable study They have ideally experience in planning, construction and project management of structural measures They have knowledge of procurement law, VOB/UVgO and HOAI/VgV, construction law and project management They are strong in communication and capable of teamwork, and are also characterised by an independent, targeted and reliable way of working You have a class B licence
