Your role Plant preparation: equipping and setting up the anodizing machine according to manufacturing and process specifications and providing and monitoring of operating and auxiliary materials.

Manufacturing parameters: input and adaptation of manufacturing parameters on the control panel, including current density, voltage, temperature and treatment times.

Bearing of goods: fitting of goods carriers and proper mounting of workpieces.

Eloxal process monitoring: commissioning and monitoring of the anodizing system as well as control of the processes during pretreatment and anodizing.

Process documentation: ongoing monitoring of the bath parameters and documentation of relevant process data, including corrective measures for deviations.

Quality control: sampling, visual and layer testing and documentation of the test results according to quality specifications.

Plant maintenance: implementation of cleaning work, support in maintenance work and ensuring order and compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Completed technical training as surface coating, process mechanics for coating technology or comparable qualification

first professional experience in the field of anodisation desirable

Experience in handling automated or partially automated production plants

Technical understanding and safe handling of measuring and testing equipment

Basic knowledge of quality assurance, knowledge of the anodized process (pretreatment, anodization, dyeing, compression) are advantageous

Careful, structured and quality-oriented working methods as well as a quick understanding

Teamability and reliability, sense of responsibility in dealing with chemical media and the willingness to work 3-shift
