You shall prepare templates for the participation of the Staff Council in accordance with NPersVG and the SGB IX. You process and maintain the internal order overview of the participation processes, for example through the collection of incoming requests or the time limit monitoring. You contribute to the optimization and digitization of the participation processes, e.g. through the analysis of existing processes and the testing of possible standards.
