Head of Gas Field Service (a*)

In the field service of the Messstellebetrieb division, you conduct the Gas division with about 10 employees professionally and disciplinaryly. You are responsible for the assembly and maintenance of large gas meters as well as the connection of gas meters to the remote reading, including the quality assurance of external partners. As a central contact person, you coordinate cooperation with internal interfaces and regularly accompany your team on site. You consistently adhere to regulatory requirements and deadlines and tax the processes efficiently in close coordination with all stakeholders. You are actively driving forward the conversion of mobile technology in the course of the 2G shutdown as well as the digitization and automation of the external service processes. You develop business processes, work instructions and security concepts and take over additional projects and special tasks independently.

A completed (special) university course in a technical field, ideally related to energy or supply technology, will help you. You have already gained leadership experience in an operating environment. Successfully managed projects are characterized; ideally you have an IPMA Level D certification. You have pronounced analytical skills and a structured way of working. Through high service orientation and communication strength, you convince in everyday work. Own responsibility, solution-oriented and with an overview you also work in complex situations.
