In order to further develop the HR organization in a sustainable manner, an experienced management personality is sought, which is responsible for HR operations and contributes significantly to the modernisation, efficiency and quality of the processes. Your duties Payroll & payroll: Ensuring the timely and correct pay payments for all employees Compliance & Law: Compliance with all statutory requirements, tax regulations and labour law regulations HR Administration & Support: Responsibility for the entire HR administration and support of employees Staff cost planning: building and further development of a transparent and resilient personnel cost planning Annual accounts: Ensuring HR-relevant data for annual accounts and audits Digitization & Process Optimization: Further Development and Digitization of Payroll Processes and Implementation of Efficient and Effective HR Operations Structures Data management: Ensuring and validating a consistent and reliable HR data base Leadership & Development: Leadership and further development of a team of over 30 employees Operational examination: Monitoring of social security and pay tax Requirements profile Graduate degree with focus on business management, human resources management or comparable qualification 10 years of professional experience in HR Operations / Payroll / HR Administration, ideally in a large company Knowledge of tax and labour law and payroll system landscape Experience in digitizing HR processes and change management Experience in personnel cost planning detectable leadership experience with larger teams (>30 employees) High communication and enforcement capability and a strong sense of responsibility Strong analytical skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented and proactive way of working will be bids A responsible key position in a dynamic trading company Design space in the further development of HR operations Cooperation with a dedicated team and flat hierarchies Attractive remuneration and extensive social benefits Ready to go to the lead?
