Werkstudent (m/w/i) Projektmanagement Support for delivery tracking and monitoring of orders Orders and follow-up of pending order confirmations from suppliers Auditing and processing of invoices Maintenance and updating of purchasing and supplier data in the ERP system Support for administrative activities in purchasing Communication with internal departments and external suppliers

Continuous studies, ideally in business, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable subject Careful, structured and independent functioning Good organizational skills and reliability Safe handling of current MS Office applications, especially Excel Communication strength and joy in team collaboration Motivation, team skills and initiative Good knowledge of German in word and writing
