Working with children and young people at home as an educator or similar

Do you want to combine work and life with each other and to provide care for children/young people who are accommodated in a stationary manner via public youth assistance? Then set up an offer with us in a domestic community (short AihG)! AihG are educational institutions, family groups, special social education centres and ISE measures under SGB VIII. In AihG ́s you live with the children and young people in their home and thus allow the inclusion in their family environment. For the establishment of an AihG, the h&p Rheinland-Pfalz/Hessen seeks child, youth and family help gGmbH educational professionals who are willing to take up one to four young people. All over the Rhineland-Palatinate and Hesse.

Our services:

• Comprehensive support and accompaniment from the incoming request from the haug&partner group of companies to the reception of the young person with you.
• Continuous and situation-related coordination of the educational process with the relevant specialist service.
• Continuing training for quality assurance as well as conceptual further development.
• Integration into a network of existing and experienced AihG.
• insurance (e.g. collective liability insurance for young people accommodated)
• Support in crisis and crisis intervention and 24 hours of accessibility of the institution. Your conditions to be met:
• pedagogical or therapeutic qualification in accordance with the requirements of § 21 LKJHG (e.g. state-recognized educatorsin, social pedagoguein, psychologistin, nursein or comparable qualification)
• responsible and resilient personality
• family/social environment supported by challenging activity
• adequate premises for children and young people The AihG to be founded is aimed at children and young people, ...
• where child welfare is no longer guaranteed and is necessary for the help of education overnight outside their family of origin.
• who need individual social pedagogical care and intensive care in a setting that can be calculated for them in a domestic community.
• which require a constant and stable support structure in a manageable and reliable environment for a constant reference person. The inclusion of two children corresponds to the activity of a full-time teacher. When establishing an AihG, we are open to all life concepts.
