Sutthauser Straße 280, 49080 Osnabrück As part of an age-related succession, you take over the lead and strategic further development of our area of calculation With your powerful costing team, you analyze and evaluate tender, contract and planning documents and develop based costing strategies You control and optimize complex supply and costing processes and ensure a loadable cost, timing and risk calculation You are involved in the decision-making processes of future projects at an early stage, supports the management in price decisions and negotiations and consistently represents the economic interests of the company You develop and evaluate technical and economic solutions as well as special suggestions and advise our customers together with sales in all calculatory and economic issues You are responsible for combining, controlling and managing interdisciplinary internal project teams to create challenging turnkey offers. In doing so, you will ensure a structured and resilient transfer from the offer to the order and work costing You lead, develop and motivate your team and strengthen cooperation with sales, purchasing, planning and project management You continuously develop calculation methods, key figures, benchmarks and processes You are driving the digitalization of costing, identifying potentials in automation through AI and implementing them in concrete applications to make costing processes faster, more transparent and more precise and improve prediction quality

You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification and have several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in high- or turnkey construction You bring well-founded experience in costing and offering processing in turnkey construction as well as a strong understanding of technical and economic relationships with You understand costing as an important part of a successful acquisition strategy and can convincingly convey technical and economic advantages You are a high level of communication leadership that brings people and different disciplines together and motivates, promotes and develops employees Entrepreneurial thinking, self-responsibility and keenness to make decisions are yours. You are targeted and responsible and always have the economic objectives of the company in mind You have negotiating skills and enforcing skills and are happy to take responsibility, actively shape and advance the further development of our area with your team You are interested in new technologies and actively follow developments in BIM, data analysis, automation and artificial intelligence You want to design the calculation not only for today's projects, but also to develop the calculation organization actively for tomorrow's construction industry
