Number: MER00043PE The Mercedes-Benz plant Hamburg is a high-tech location for electric mobility drive components. In addition, the traditional product fields are axes and axle components, steering columns and lightweight structural components as well as components of exhaust gas technology. Our team is responsible for consulting and supporting executives. We ensure that the personal and labour policy, legal and collective framework conditions are complied with and implement established process standards. Furthermore, our team advises and supports executives in all personal matters. In addition, we guarantee a job placement according to needs through targeted shifts, settings and personnel development measures. These tasks and challenges await you: You are in the middle of it only: you are engaged in the operational process of employee transfer – from planning to successful onboarding of flexible staff at a high-tech production site

You work at the crucial interfaces: in close coordination with experienced HR colleagues, you coordinate topics between executives, works council and external service providers – and experience how modern personnel work in practice works

You will get to know HR core processes: you will participate in work policy and labour law topics and prepare documents e.g. B. for the vote with the works council under the guidance of experts

You’re helping to shape transformation: you’re supporting current projects on the transformation of an industrial site to electromobility, as well as across-site topics

You understand how performance is evaluated: together with compensation experts, you analyze pay structures and accompany job evaluations, stress analyses and complaint cases – directly at the place of action

Knowing our ideas management: You support ideas management, where employees propose improvements to our processes

You also experience HR at legal level: You accompany experienced staff members on appointments at the Labour Court and gain insights into work law cases

You support us in the development of employees: Knowing the exciting field of modern personnel development

You are part of decisions: You participate in the selection of applicants, prepare interviews and participate in them

The activity can begin from August 2026.

Course in the field of BWL, Psychology, Education or a comparable degree programme

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Secure handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)

IT affinity desirable

Engagement, pioneering spirit and team skills

Analytical way of thinking and predictive working

Communication capability and safe occurrence
