For our construction department in the real estate / construction, technology, installation we are looking for a project management / project management in the field of civil engineering (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time in the field of external services for the area of eastern Schleswig-Holstein / Hamburg.

You take over the project management as well as the technical and economic organization of individual construction projects over all phases of performance according to HOAI. You work actively in the design process and especially in the execution planning. You are responsible for the technical monitoring and documentation of the construction process and progress. You lead and guide external architects:inside, specialist planners:inside and after-contracting within the project team. You are in close contact with all internal and external project participants and coordinate them. You are responsible for managing all dates, costs and qualities.

You have a degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable degree course. Alternatively, you have successfully completed your technical training. Ideally you have several years of professional experience in the field of civil engineering. You are safe in handling the MS Office applications. You have profound knowledge of planning and construction processes in German building law (HOAI, VOB). Ideally, you have CAD skills. You have the class B licence and are ready to travel within our sales area. Your work is characterised by self-employment, care and efficiency. You are team-ready and bring a high level of commitment. You can organize and structure yourself and your projects.
