What we plan together: Our area Supply Chain Management (SCM) Trade D looks at the complete supply chains of REWE and Penny. From shopping to logistics and sales to cash. The aim is to optimize the entire process and thus achieve higher customer satisfaction.

The SCM – Demand Forecasting and Management (Inbound) team takes over the task of continuously optimizing our warehouse disposition – including the relevant processes and supporting IT.

What you do with us: You and your team form the competence unit around the topic of storage disposition. As a central contact person, you proactively shape the exchange with all national and regional interface areas. In cooperation with the relevant expert, you have the task of designing the flows of goods between the supplier:inside and the REWE warehouses within the meaning of the optimal availability of goods. To do this, you analyze existing processes, shape appropriate improvement measures and support their implementation. In dialogue with the operative Dispo units, you take on further development needs of the colleagues: within and coordinate their implementation in concrete processes and systems. Together with the colleagues of REWE IT, you control the prioritization and implementation of the formulated IT requirements and ensure transparency over their progress towards development towards your stakeholders. The disciplinary leadership and development of your team in the sense of a trusted and value-based leadership culture is in your hands. In order to ensure the supply of goods to REWE and penny markets, you are responsible for the necessary transparency on the basis of adequate control characteristics. If necessary, you support the operational Dispo Colleg:in the formulation, implementation and measurement of the success of suitable countermeasures. In the sense of higher planning security, you drive the creation and use of forecasts - both with internal and external participants: inside the supply chain.

What you bring: You are an expert:in terms of trade disposition: You know yourself in the field of demand forecast and control. Gängige (storage)dispotools are familiar to you. You have completed a university degree with a focus on logistics / supply chain management or a comparable degree and have already gained leadership experience. Your IT affinity as well as your interest in trading, in particular in the sustainable optimisation of the warehouse disposition, are distinct. You have a sovereign and competent appearance, are responsible and work independently and targeted. You have fun working together in the team and developing your associates. You have conceptual and structured thinking skills as well as a strong implementation orientation and a healthy pragmatism. You can quickly network with colleagues in your interfaces, have fun in communication and are committed as a stakeholder manager:in. Your fluent knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English in word and writing complete your profile.
