Welcome and reception of our guests Preparation and execution of check-in and check-out Co-responsibility for a smooth run in the front office Competent response partner for our guests and acceptance/continuation of special wishes Information centre - provide extensive information to guests Answer and reliable forwarding of all incoming phone calls and messages Create guest bills using the Fidelio Suite 8 system Management of cash and correct settlement of daily billing professional handling of complaints and guest feedback Maintenance and increase of guest satisfaction

a completed teaching or experience in the reception area, but cross beginners are also welcome! Joy and natural friendliness Positive, well-kept and warm appearance High commitment & passion for the AHA experiences of our guests Team spirit and loyalty “One of your strengths counts together” Obese knowledge of German and English as well as computer experience ideally very good experience with the hotel software Fidelio or a comparable program You feel complaints not as unpleasant, but as a personal challenge A warm and authentic service-oriented service is in your blood
