Strategy + Infrastructure Further development and implementation of a company-wide IT strategy Evaluation and introduction of new technologies and innovations Maintenance and optimization of IT infrastructure Control and Priority of IT Projects Consulting the GL in IT-relevant questions Leadership and development of the IT team Digitization and automation of business processes Interface between IT and specialist departments Security and Compliance Ensuring a stable and highly available IT operation Ensure data security (backup, data protection) and compliance with legal frameworks Emergency Management (Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity) Control external service providers and internal IT teams Central Purchasing IT Hard and Software License management and contract controlling Standardization of hardware and software Cost optimization Selection and negotiation with suppliers and manufacturers ERP system Centralization Responsibility for selecting, introducing and operating a central ERP system Harmonization of business processes in the group Control of ERP projects (rollouts, migrations, updates) Ensuring data quality and system integration Site networking Planning and implementation of the networking of all company sites Integration of new locations into the IT infrastructure Optimization of network architecture and security Cooperation with telecommunications providers

You have several years of experience in IT administration with project experience You have sound knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT security Own-sponsored, structured functioning as well as pronounced communication and team skills
