Complete degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or comparable Multiannual experience in the development of spindle bearings, precision rolling bearings or high-speed applications Deep knowledge of tribology, contact mechanics, bearing dynamics and thermal behavior Experience with high-precision manufacturing processes and quality requirements Safe handling of CAD systems (e.g. Siemens NX, SolidWorks or the like) Structured, analytical method and pronounced problem-solving competence Very good German and English skills Communication strength and experience in the international environment
