In order to strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for a Project Management Office (PMO)(m/w/d)* for our Quickborn location near Hamburg or Rendsburg at the next time.

As part of our Project Management Office, you are a central support for the HanseWerk Group – initially as part of the rollout of a company-wide HR IT project. In your role, you work closely with the project management and take responsibility for a smooth implementation: You make sure the project plan lives: you keep dates and milestones in sight and recognize deviations early. You prepare meetings and presentations both in terms of content and organization – and also take over the moderation. You bring your expertise to the selection of methods, processes and tools and pay attention to their compliance. You promote knowledge transfer in the project and create structures that remain. You organize project-related events such as kick-offs and onsite meetings and ensure a professional run. You actively shape internal project communication – for example via MS Teams and other digital channels. You have completed university studies – ideally related to business, IT or project management. You have already gained practical experience in IT project management – and you know how project work really works. You master MS Office sovereignly – especially PowerPoint, Teams and Project. You communicate clearly, structured and convincing – both internally and externally. You work independently, think analytically and find pragmatic solutions. You speak German fluently and bring good English skills. Since we are a learning organization, we are pleased to receive your application, even if you do not meet all requirements of 100%.
