It's waiting for you • Independently, you implement requirements together with our development team, from concept to development, testing to live performance. • You support our departments in developing digital and cross-departmental processes • You write Use Cases, define and specify requirements in the form of User Stories, formulate test cases and execute them • In the prioritization of the Product Backlog, you support the benefits, suitability and added value and make sure that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent and clearly understandable at any time • You ensure the timely delivery of the product releases and support in sprint planning and reviews. • As a product owner, you are the interface between sales, marketing, service department, IT and management. • You inform the employees of Bauder about the innovations and thus ensure a successful introduction and use of the CRM

That's what you bring • You have completed university studies in the fields of business management, (economic) informatics or comparable completed vocational training • At best, you have over 1-3 years of experience as a product owner or project manager and have ideally made first experiences with Salesforce or experience in introducing a CRM system • Deep understanding of business processes in the areas of sales, marketing and services is advantageous • You already have experience in the moderation of workshops as well as persuasiveness and security in the presentation of complex issues with • You are a team player who likes to work in cross-departmental, international teams • You love bringing your topics forward independently, are communicative and profiting from your pronounced hand-on mentality • In addition to your communication strength, you bring analytical thinking and draw your attention through your agile working • You can control German and English fluently
