Art Director (m/w/d)

THE POSITION - That is what we are talking about As a Art Director (m/w/d), as part of our dynamic marketing team at BFOUND, you design pioneering visual concepts, use AI-based tools to further develop our design processes and thus contribute significantly to developing our brand presence and realising creative ideas.

You develop and implement creative concepts for brand appearance, visual marketing and multimedia campaigns. You are responsible for project management, quality assurance and compliance with processes as well as corporate design requirements. You coordinate and control external service providers and act as an interface between internal and external stakeholders. You support reporting, employer branding, internal communication, and the planning and implementation of trade fairs and events.

You have a degree in marketing, communication/graphic design, or education in media design, ideally with additional qualification in marketing management. You bring several years of professional experience and sound expertise in corporate design and brand communication. You control common design tools securely and have a strong sense of audiences, brand value and aesthetics. You have very good knowledge of PowerPoint and other office applications as well as basic knowledge of motion design and video editing as well as HTML/CSS are of advantage. You are creative and have a strong sense of design, typography and current trends. You have experience in project management, budget control and successful management of complex design projects. You complete your profile with very good German and English skills.
