As a team of learning & development, we develop group-wide learning opportunities, support executives and employees in their development and create the digital basis for learning within the CEWE Group with Workday Learning.

For our team we are looking for a:n working student:in, who:he wants to take responsibility for his own topics, is happy to organise and at the same time enjoy working in digital systems and processes. You support us in that our learning offers are not only planned, but for employees and trainers: You also work really well. You will gain insights into the learning and development work of an international company, work with colleagues from different countries and develop practical experience in workday learning, learning operations, training management, reporting and international HR processes.

Your tasks Action coordination: You take over the operating organization of our trainings - from the plant in Workday Learning to communication to participants and trainers: inside as well as space booking to pre- and post-processing

Learning Management: You process enquiries about our learning offers and support employees as well as HR staff:in-service-oriented and timely

System support: You work intensively with our Learning Management System Workday Learning, take over administrative tasks and develop together with us for a secure key user

Further development of Workday Learning: You test functions and processes in Workday Learning, identify potential improvements and help us develop our LMS and related processes

HR Analytics: Creation of evaluations and reports, review of data and structured processing of information

Takeover of responsibility: You work in group-wide and international L&D projects and take your own task packages

Your Pofil Studies: Current studies in the field of economic psychology, BWL, human resources management, event/project management, business informatics or a comparable degree programme. What is crucial for us is less the specific field than your interest in organization, digital tools and learning & development

Working: You work independently and with high quality standards: You keep your tasks and deadlines in mind, keep others proactively up to date and register early when something is missing or support is necessary

Personal competencies: You will be happy to communicate with different contact persons: inside, trades service-oriented and think forward-looking to identify the needs of employees, trainer: inside and colleague: inside early – while maintaining Thanks to your organizational strength, you always have an overview

IT Affinity: You have fun in digital systems and processes and want to understand how You can work and improve... Experience with Workday is a plus, but no requirement

Analytical thinking: You have the pleasure of handling data and can carefully analyze and prepare information structured

Language skills: You can safely communicate in German and English
