As an Executive Assistant (m/w/d) on the side of our management, you are the heart of strategic planning and implementation. You are not only closely linked to many business areas, but also an indispensable partner in the further development of our corporate strategy. Their role is crucial for promoting innovation and efficiency in our organization. THE ASSESSMENTS - This will make you do something You work closely with the management to develop and implement strategic initiatives – such as the introduction of the OKR process – tacky. You act as a trusted advisor to the management and support decision-making through sound analyses and recommendations. You prepare reports, analyses and presentations for management and thus provide the basis for company-wide decisions. You act as a central communication interface between management and internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of information. You bring a completed study of BWL, Business Informatics, Economic Engineering or Comparable, ideally with professional experience as assistant to the management, Chief of Staff or in a comparable role in an internationally active organization. You have excellent communication skills in German and English. You have extensive knowledge of the OKR methodology (Objectives and Key Results) or show great interest in a further education on the OKR-Coach or Master. You bring well-founded knowledge into the common O365 products. You are also resilient and bring a high level of readiness and initiative. A high degree of loyalty, reliability and discretion are of course for you.
