Customer Service (m/d) As an employee of Customer Service (w/m/d), you are well off with our customer, an international transport and logistics company based in Hamburg's city centre.

Tasks:

• Organisation of transport planning in cooperation with subcontractors and customers
• Customer correspondence regarding transports, delays and planning of new transports
• Interface to sales
• Processing of booking changes and confirmations for shipments in import and export
• clarification of cost differences between orders and transport invoices

Requirements profile:

• Completed commercial training
• (First) professional experience in international customer service or comparable activities
• Very good German knowledge
• Good knowledge of English
• A high customer orientation as well as a structured working method round off your profile
