In your function as a department manager, you lead highly qualified employees in the field of data management & processes, disciplined, professional and organizational and thus promote the further development towards a process and data-driven company. This includes the following tasks: You are fully responsible for the process and product data management for the production of our SMO products and, together with the relevant interface, create a seamless overall product data architecture from conception to implementation

You shape and control the data strategy and data governance and take responsibility for data management roadmap in strategic projects

You form the bridge between highly complex tolerance chains and the modelling of associated data contracts and processes to the scalable, efficient and secure IT realisation

You develop cross-product and process data flows for our products, derive requirements for data-keeping systems/processes in the handling of data and provide scalable methods/applications for the analysis and use of process and production data

You determine, secure and develop the necessary competences and resources of the department, actively contribute your own expertise and methods and successfully shape the strategic and technical orientation of the department in coordination with the stakeholders involved.

You automate evaluation processes for the performance of optical components at individual and system levels and derive recommendations for action for production and development

You design and implement data-driven processes across product and department boundaries, drive the further development of process data flows and ensure professional development results including documentation, reviews and reporting

You have successfully completed your studies (Master/Diplom) in an STEM subject, ideally with doctorate

You are characterized by strong leadership competencies and proven experience in managing executive teams and/or projects

You can present several years of experience in the development of highly complex systems and/or production processes as well as data and IT architectures, ideally in the semiconductor industry

You have the pleasure of motivating, controlling employees, developing them in a targeted manner and thereby forming powerful teams

You have a strong and decision-making leadership style and are skillful in dealing with conflicts

Above-average communicative skills and knowledge of German and English are rounded off your profile
