Lecturer (m/w/d) at the Linowsee Educational Centre

We are the legal accident insurance for the fields of energy, textiles, electrical and media products. About 4 million people in over 200,000 member companies are insured with us. We advise our member companies on occupational safety and health and provide medical treatment, rehabilitation and financial compensation for our insured persons after work accidents and occupational diseases. For our prevention department, we are looking for one or more Lecturer/-in (m/w/d) at the Linowsee Education Centre.

Implementation and support of various educational formats with participants from different business groups and management levels. Strengthening and expanding operational safety and health competence. Promote motivation and willingness to act to exercise responsibility in the field of safety and health. Working with the design, development and revision of our offers. Takeover of seminars at other educational sites of BG ETEM (especially Hamburg and Braunschweig). Takeover of activities in projects and working groups in the field of qualification.

Complete scientific studies at a state university, in particular in the fields of natural and/or engineering (Dipl.-Ing., Master of Science, Master of Engineering). At least 5 years of professional experience in the craft/industry (electrical engineering/engineering/gefahrstoffe). Training as a specialist for occupational safety and extensive practical experience in occupational safety. Comprehensive knowledge and experience in the moderation of group processes and in the discussion. Ability to explain complex relationships in a comprehensible way. Excellent methodological and didactic skills and a high media competence. Cooperation - and team skills, conflict resolution capability.
