Application Technician Product Management - Label & Packaging Division (m/f/d)

You assume the strategic responsibility for a part of the label and packaging portfolio of FUCHS Lubricants Germany GmbH as well as the associated processes. You analyse existing label and packaging processes, identify optimization potentials and advance their continuous development along the entire value chain. You coordinate and ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements for the transport of labels and packaging. You run internal projects and actively work to improve existing processes and establish new standards. You define, maintain and develop master data for labels and packaging in order to optimize internal processes and systems in a sustainable manner. You control and coordinate external suppliers for labels and packaging in close cooperation with the purchase. You develop, document and present standards for the company-wide handling of labels and packaging and ensure their sustainable implementation.

You have a successfully completed technical or business studies or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience. Ideally, you bring professional experience in the label or packaging industry. You have very good IT skills and are happy to work with data and system support. You have a strong understanding of complex processes and the need to develop them efficiently and sustainably. You work in a structured, team-oriented and communication-intensive manner and appreciate cooperation with different interface areas such as purchasing, production, product management, product safety, sales and logistics. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Your safe appearance as well as your presentation and communication strength allow you to professionally handle internal and external contact persons.
