For our newly structured sales director company customers, we are looking for a dedicated personality that supports the team in active customer business and shapes them together with the future of corporate customer support. Your tasks: You serve and advise corporate customers from 5 million. EUR Credit volume and corporate customers from 1 million EUR Credit volume in all financial matters, if necessary with the involvement of specialists, and sell these demand-oriented products. You maintain customer relationships in which you participate, for example, in business openings or carry out customer visits. You are responsible for the potential-oriented acquisition of customer interview appointments with the aim of achieving as complete as possible penetration and high product usage ratio in the associated (target) customer circle. You are responsible for the efficient pre- and post-processing of customer discussions including close cooperation with the specialists. You assess documents on the economic situation and trade-right structure of corporate customers as well as for risk early detection in the context of credit decisions (release according to § 18 KWG) and the risk early detection by processing and voting of noticeable customer engagements within the framework of the OSP spring warning system You create credit policy templates for the associated customers incl. Delivering market vote in risk-relevant and non-risk-relevant business. Your profile: You have many years of experience in consulting demanding corporate customers of a credit institution. You will have a completed training as a bank clerk, as well as a further qualification in the form of a successfully completed university course (Bachelor) or a comparable qualification in the savings banks/bank sector. You have well-founded business knowledge, including tax aspects, as well as specialist regulatory and legal knowledge, have completed and successfully completed corporate customer support and have proven to have an equivalent qualification. You bring well-founded job-specific IT user knowledge (process roads in corporate customer care). You have pronounced analytical and conceptual skills and empathic skills. You bring a high sales and service orientation and have a professional appearance, the ability to relationship management and are high-performance and enforceable. Both the integration of sales orientation and risk awareness, as well as a pronounced decision-making strength and decision-making power are the key features. Job evaluation: The Sparkasse is a collective public employer and applies the TVöD and the TVöD-BT-S. The remuneration is governed by the tariff regulations, in particular by sections 12 to 25 TVöD and the relevant regulations of the TVöD-BT-S. The enrollment of the enrolled body is expected to be carried out in the 12 TVöD group with a voluntary functional allowance equal to the difference with the EC 13. As a function of the level of experience, this results in a monthly gross entry fee of 5.279.32 euros to 7.025.87 euros. (incl. allowance) In addition to the table fee, further collective wages are granted in accordance with the collective agreements mentioned, in particular an annual special payment or special savings banks payment.
