We are looking for a visionary and experienced data analyst (m/w/d) with a strong passion for agentive artificial intelligence and autonomous systems. In this key role, you design and operate the technological and process basis of our AI ecosystem. You connect deep technical data engineering with a growing understanding of the processes in a statutory health insurance company. The trust of our insurers and employees is at first: In particular, you ensure that data relating to their criticality according to the high regulatory and ethical standards. Your expertise will be crucial to design trusted AI systems and thus to ensure personal advice for people in the health environment despite cost pressure and shortage of skilled workers in the future.

These challenges come to you:

Technical data integration & connectivity Founded coding expertise, in particular in Python, with proven experience in the development, implementation and further development of AI-based solutions as well as the responsible acquisition of technical and professional development tasks

API & Database Management: Independently responsible design and implementation of technical connections of various data sources (REST APIs, SQL databases, cloud storage) to our analysis and AI system

Pipeline architecture: build and maintain scalable data flows (ETL/ELT) to ensure a high-performance and real-time data availability for AI assistance systems

Interface Governance: Ensuring technical interoperability between BKK’s existing systems (Bitmarck 21c|ng) and modern AI infrastructures

Process analysis & workflow optimization: Understanding the domain: Active immersion in the areas of expertise (e.g. care consultancy, health money case management) to develop a deep understanding of how knowledge is created and how processes and outcomes are documented

Data Process mapping: Analysis of discrepancy between real workflows and mapping in data to improve data quality at source

Business Transformation: Identification of optimization potentials in the field workflows based on your data analysis. You actively communicate these improvements to the process managers and accompany the implementation

AI-Ecosystem & Smart Operations:

AI-Enabling: Supporting Data Scientists by providing ''ready-to-use'' records for Agent Optimization (Semantic Context) and Fine-Tuning

Prompt Engineering: Translation of technical requirements into precise prompts to make the AI-supported UseCases intuitive and compliant

Monitoring & Feedback: Analysis of anonymous quantum user behavior and feedback to continuously adapt the AISystem to the actual needs of customer advisors

For this position we are looking for a personality who understands code, but can also speak the language of the disciplines. Ideally, you bring the following: Master's degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science or comparable training with multiannual professional experience

Safe handling of Python (Pandas, PySpark) to understand and develop best-in-class solutions, as well as data manipulation and pipeline controlTech-Stack & Experience: Found experience in connecting APIs (JSON, REST) and querying complex database structures (SQL)
