IT Security Manager (IAM) (m/f/d)

You continuously control, maintain and develop our central identity and access management. You define and implement role, authorization and access concepts and monitor their compliance. The regulatory requirements of NIS2, KRITIS and B3S GKV are implemented in the IAM environment and ensure their traceable documentation. You perform regular recertifications and authorization reviews and create the required audit instructions. Existing IAM processes analyze, identify risks and derive technical and organizational improvements. You design and maintain technical IAM architectures, for example based on AD/AAD, SSO, MFA and Privileged Access Management. Critical access, privileged accounts and security-relevant IAM events will keep you in mind and take appropriate measures if necessary. For mergers, you support the harmonisation of role models, authorization structures and sources of identity. You create and maintain guidelines, technical documentation and audit-proof security records. Projects and departments advise you on the development of secure access and authorization concepts. In close cooperation with IT governance, information security officers, infrastructure teams, application operation and specialist areas, you will ensure a stable, secure and comprehensible IAM operation.

You have completed IT training, e.g. as a specialist in system integration (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), or a comparable qualification and ideally bring practical experience in the IAM or IT security environment. You have good knowledge of identity and access management, in particular in the field of role and authorization management, and ideally AD/AAD, SSO, MFA or Privileged Access Management. Experience with recertifications, authorization reviews and auditable documentation is desirable. You work structured, risk-oriented and reliable and have a good understanding of IT infrastructures and security processes. Ideally, you have already gained experience with NIS2, KRITIS or B3S GKV or are ready to work on these topics. Analytical thinking, clear communication and a high sense of responsibility for secure access and authorization processes are what you stand for.
