Central disposition, planning and coordination of the courses of the Inter-company apprenticeship instruction (ÜLU) at all locations of the educational and technology centres Coordination with companies, innations, vocational schools and internal departments in the educational and technology centres Creation and maintenance of annual and scheduled planning taking into account all relevant resources (dozens, specialist teachers, rooms, workshops) Participation in education controlling, in particular in key figures, utilities, course developments and reports Support in the further development of planning, management and controlling processes in the Education Centres division Ensuring economic and capacity-oriented utilization of workshops, training rooms and human resources Coordination and administrative support of funded investment procurement in the business sector in cooperation with the management, education and technology centres, the Academy and the Finance Department Participation in working groups at national and federal level on topics relevant to ULU Contact person (m/w/d) for all ULU-relevant questions

Complete business studies or commercial or administrative training with appropriate professional experience Good numerical understanding and interest in controlling and evaluation topics Experience in promoting investment goods Knowledge of training in craftsmanship Experience in the organization of educational, training or training processes Safe handling of MS Office; Knowledge of management or planning systems desirable Organizational strength, analytical thinking and structured working Communication skills and joy in cooperation with different partners
