DevOps Engineer - Cloud/Platform (m/f/d)

In the Service Line (Department) “Application Platform” you suggest that our GfI development teams create and operate as efficient, secure and cloud-capable applications as possible. You work with different disciplines, together we develop our software according to the “GitOps principle”. You run the central infrastructures around our Kubernetes platform, such as our CI/CD pipeline, an eventing infrastructure, and the central logging and monitoring of the applications, and constantly develop them. For your work, you use modern technologies such as Kubernetes, Argo CD, Tekton, Ansible, Bitbucket, Prometheus+Grafana and Elasticsearch+Kibana.

A (special) university degree (e.g. computer science, business informatics) or comparable training as well as corresponding professional experience in the IT field Good knowledge of running distributed software based on Kubernetes in the cloud or on-premises First experience with CI/CD pipelines (Argo CD, Tekton, Helmet and Harbor) knowledge of system administration (RHEL Linux and Ansible), monitoring (Prometheus and Grafana) and logging (Elasticsearch and Kibana) of advantage
