Your tasks - You can look forward to this Responsible leadership: You take over the human, technical and organizational management of the Clinic for General Orthopaedics and Endoprothetics and actively shape their strategic, economic and structural development in the context of the overall development of the clinic. Specialized clinic development: A special focus of your activity is on endoprosthetics and revisionsendoprothetics. In doing so, you will continue to expand the already established leading position of our clinic in the revisionsendoprothetics on hip and knee joints and develop the range of services in a targeted manner. Targeted power expansion: You are responsible for the further development of the existing range of services and bring your expertise to the selective expansion by new treatment priorities. Innovative use of technology: You are actively involved in the development and continuous development of the clinic, in particular through the use of modern techniques such as robotics and the further development of revision-endoprothetics. Specialist (m/w/d) in Orthopaedics and Accident Surgery with Special Orthopaedic Surgery and have extensive experience in the treatment of orthopaedic diseases. You bring a high level of expertise in the revision of knee and hip joints; ideally You have You also have experience in robot-assisted knee-doprothetics, joint-maintaining surgery, including hip arthroscopy, and in the application of minimally invasive access routes. Experiences in the construction and structuring of an endoprosthesis center are desirable. As a manager, you will be happy to take on personal and organizational responsibility and promote collegial, team-oriented cooperation.
