independent processing of collection processes – from extrajudicial to ritual Structured installation and maintenance of receivables files in the system clarification of complex facts with solution-oriented approach Telephone and written communication with debtors, lawyers, clients and courts Preparation of billings (including RVG) and reporting Active, professional phone collection with fingertip feeling

Completed commercial training (e.g. office management, industrial businessman, lawyers) First experience in debt management? Super – but not a must.
